When to Clean your Carpet
Carpets today are designed to hide dirt and resist stains. This is positive for most people but even if the carpets don’t appear dirty they should be cleaned regularly. Dirt can damage the fibers permanently if allowed to remain in the pile. It is necessary to clean your carpet regularly to remove the washable dirt that vacuums don't get out. This dirt comes from cooking vapors, air pollution, and tracked-in dirt from outside. The particles of washable dirt deposited on your carpet can cause the colours to become dull. The color isn't lost, but it is hidden under the film of dirt. If this type of dirt is allowed to build it begins to attract the dry dirt.
Consider the services of Bubbles & Suds before your carpet and rugs begin to show dirt. Allowing them to become too dirty will make cleaning them more difficult and shorten their life. If your carpet is cleaned before it becomes too unsightly, the cleaning chore will be easier and more successful. Carpets in a typical household should be cleaned every 12 to 18 months, depending on the amount of activity.
Our cleaning process
We use two different methods of cleaning carpets. A Dry Foam extraction carpet cleaning system or a Dry Steam Cleaning Method. We have found that they do a much better job than regular steam cleaning methods. Using our process, most carpets are completely dry within 1 or 2 hours. We have received hundreds of compliments from many satisfied customers. The main reason we get fantastic results is because of the cleaning solutions we use. They incorporate a cleaning technology called Encapsulation which does an excellent job of removing spots and stains leaving no sticky residue and the carpets stay clean longer with these solutions.
Dry Foam Extraction Carpet Cleaning or Dry Steam Cleaning
With our Dry Foam carpet cleaning system it applies a low moisture foam cleaning solution with an exclusive full bristle brush. The foam is gently brushed deep into the carpet pile with a soft, nylon cylindrical brush. Immediately the foam encapsulates the dirt, holds it in suspension, and is simultaneously vacuumed out. The carpet is left with the pile opened, it restores the original luster and colours to the carpet and most carpets dry within 1 to 2 Hours.
With our Dry Steam cleaning process it makes an excellent choice for heavily stained or soiled carpet. The most amazing feature with Dry Steam cleaning is that there is virtually no drying time! When we have finished cleaning your carpet, it is dry and ready for normal use within 1 to 2 hours. there are simply no downfalls compared to the regular steam cleaning methods.
Our process utilizes equipment that applies the cleaning solution as a “sheet” rather than a jet spray allowing controlled penetration of the fiber without wetting the carpet backing but at the same time a soft cylindrical brush scrubs the carpet, our solutions encapsulate the dirt and the machine immediately extracts the dirt, removing spots and most of the moisture from the carpet . Excessive amounts of water are applied by regular steam cleaning systems which can damage some carpet fibers. It can also cause color bleeding, shrinkage, and browning as well as a mold or mildew problem. Carpets require more time to dry which can also cause an odor problem because of the lack of air flow in the drying process.
Because of the nature of our cleaning processes I have no problem recommending our Dry Foam Extraction or our Dry Steam Cleaning methods and I don't hesitate in telling you that they are absolutely the BEST methods of cleaning your carpets.
